Commercial & Procurement Manager​/Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Jaheziya is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain activities.

The role will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing and logistics
, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods, equipment and services required for emergency services and other operational projects.

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, including sourcing, tendering, purchasing and logistics.

• Manage RFQs, RFPs and tenders, including supplier evaluation and negotiations.

• Source technical and operational requirements including PPE, firefighting & rescue equipment, vehicles, specialist tools, spare parts and operational supplies
  .

• Develop and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers.

• Manage supplier agreements, performance, lead times and supply continuity.

• Support project mobilisation and ensure timely availability of critical equipment and services.

• Support bids and projects with supplier quotations, cost inputs and lead-time validation.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supply chain risks.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain
  , including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  .

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, technical procurement and project mobilisation
  .

• UAE/GCC experience managing local and international suppliers and procuring technical equipment and services.

• Experience with in emergency services, fire & rescue, defence, oil & gas, industrial services or government contracting is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
  .

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or CSCP are advantageous.
