Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction projects Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices and terms Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers QS Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely procurement and delivery Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities Monitor orders deliveries market prices and supplier performance
Requirements:- 3–5 years of UAE construction procurement experience
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier evaluation, and negotiation
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
