Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi As a Logistician your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the movement of goods and materials through various stages of the supply chain process This includes managing transportation warehousing inventory control and distribution activities

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or production facilities
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production timelines
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities including shipping documents invoices and inventory reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing production and customer service to ensure smooth operations
• Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure cost-effective solutions
• Implement best practices for supply chain management to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to logistics operations

• Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement transportation warehousing and distribution
• Experience negotiating contracts with transportation providers or warehouse operators preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Indian nationality preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month This role does not include accommodation but offers free visa sponsorship and flight tickets
