Job Description:
Role Purpose
Coordinate and manage logistics activities to support project operations, ensuring timely movement of materials, equipment, and personnel in compliance with company and ADNOC standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, materials movement, and lifting activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to site in alignment with project requirements.
- Manage shipment schedules, customs processes, port operations, and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and ADNOC logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory, warehouse activities, and material tracking systems.
- Prepare logistics reports, delivery status updates, and material movement records.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ADNOC logistics procedures and guidelines.
- Support mobilization and demobilization of project personnel and equipment.
- Coordinate marine, land, and air logistics as required by the project.
- Minimum 10+ years of logistics experience in the oil & gas industry.
- ADNOC project experience preferred/mandatory (as required by the role).
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and material handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Familiar with ERP/material tracking systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.).
