Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator
Another Level General Trading (ALGT) is an international sourcing and distribution company based in Abu Dhabi. We hold exclusive dealership partnerships with international brands and handle sourcing, procurement, freight, and import/export across electric vehicles, marine products, robotics, and consumer goods. If it can be made, we can bring it.
We're looking for a hands-on coordinator to manage the full cycle, from supplier sourcing and purchase order through to final delivery.
What you'll do- Coordinate international air, sea, and land shipments from origin to delivery
- Prepare shipping and customs documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, HS code classification, and SDS
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers
- Request, compare, and negotiate freight quotations
- Track shipments and keep customers and internal teams updated
- Support supplier sourcing, price comparisons, and procurement
- 2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping, with UAE experience required
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
- Solid knowledge of UAE import/export and customs procedures
- Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Dangerous goods experience (IATA DGR / IMDG) is an advantage, especially with lithium batteries
- AED 4,000/month
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance
- Direct exposure to international trade across multiple industries in a small, fast-moving team
