Procurement Specialist

Support the procurement and contract management activities for drilling, completions, well intervention, and associated production services. The role will provide immediate support during the tendering phase and, if the project is awarded, become fully dedicated to the project for management of all procurement activities, contracts, and purchase orders.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or Oil and Gas related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of procurement and supply chain experience within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in procurement of Drilling Services
  , Completion Services
  , or both.
• Strong understanding of the complete well lifecycle from:
• Well planning
• Drilling operations
• Casing and cementing
• Completions
• Well testing
• Production startup
• Experience managing high-value service contracts and purchase orders.
• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience supporting unconventional drilling and completions programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with ADNOC operating environment and approved supplier network is an advantage.

• Preparation and issuance of RFQs and tenders.
• Commercial evaluation of supplier quotations.
• Negotiation of commercial terms and pricing.
• Contract preparation, award, and administration.
• Purchase Order creation and management.
• Supplier performance monitoring and expediting.
• Coordination with Drilling, Completions, Operations, Finance, and HSE teams.
• Support bid and project execution activities.
• Manage procurement reporting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain contractual and procurement records in accordance with company procedures.
