Senior Planning Officer

The Senior Planning Officer is responsible for production and material planning across AKT, AKM, and AKF, ensuring production schedules, inventory availability, and logistics coordination are managed effectively. The role coordinates with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support smooth operations.

• Develop and maintain production plans based on order priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate material planning to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when required.
• Support inventory control, stock monitoring, and ERP data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement for material movement and availability.
• Support logistics coordination including deliveries and internal movements.
• Maintain planning reports, schedules, and inventory trackers.
• Lead coordination with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Identify planning risks, shortages, and delays and escalate as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in leather, footwear, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
