Logistics Supervisor

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in coordinating site deliveries, material movement, offloading, and logistics operations within construction or MEP projects?

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day site logistics activities, coordinate material movements, manage delivery access and laydown areas, and ensure materials, equipment, and resources move safely and efficiently across our project sites.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated movement of materials, equipment, and deliveries across our projects.

You will work closely with Stores, Procurement, Site Operations, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Project teams to ensure logistics activities are properly planned, controlled, and executed in line with project requirements and HSE standards.

Reporting to the Contract Stores Manager / Stores Manager, you will supervise site logistics activities and coordinate deliveries, material movements, access requirements, offloading areas, and logistics resources to support uninterrupted project operations.

• Supervise day-to-day logistics activities across the project site
• Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and plant within designated site areas
• Plan and manage delivery access, routes, loading and offloading locations, and laydown areas
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations at the required time
• Monitor site access and logistics arrangements to prevent congestion and operational delays
• Support implementation of project-specific logistics plans and procedures

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing material deliveries with suppliers, transporters, and site teams
• Schedule and monitor delivery times in line with site requirements and access restrictions
• Ensure delivery documentation and gate passes are available before material movement
• Supervise offloading activities and ensure materials are safely transferred to designated storage or work areas
• Coordinate inter-site and warehouse material transfers where required
• Support movement of oversized, heavy, or critical materials in coordination with relevant teams

• Coordinate the availability and movement of forklifts, cranes, telehandlers, and other logistics equipment
• Ensure lifting and material-handling activities are appropriately planned and coordinated
• Monitor equipment usage and support efficient allocation of logistics resources
• Coordinate with operators and site teams to minimize delays during loading and offloading activities
