Demand Planner - Consumer

You'll be the person turning sales history, market trends, and customer insights into forecasts the rest of the business can rely on - working closely with supply chain, production, sales, and marketing to keep everyone aligned.
What you'll be doing:- Building and refining forecast models as real data and market shifts come in
- Tracking forecast accuracy and adjusting when things are off
- Keeping stakeholders informed and getting their buy-in on demand plans
- Spotting and fixing data issues before they snowball
- Coordinating day-to-day with the warehouse team
- Looking for ways to keep improving the process, not just maintaining it
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar
- 3–5 years of demand planning experience, ideally in FMCG or non-food
- Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive problem-solver who catches things early
Office-based role. No direct reports, but real ownership over buying and inventory decisions, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
