Procurement Officer- ELV Systems
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Procure ELV materials according to project specifications and approved brands.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Estimation, Finance, and Operations teams.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
Monitor material lead times, costs, and delivery schedules.
Identify alternative suppliers/products and support cost-saving initiatives.
3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ELV, ICT, or systems integration
.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Good knowledge of ELV products and suppliers in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP/procurement software is an advantage.
Good command of English.
UAE experience is preferred.
The candidate should have good knowledge of procurement related to ELV and systems integration products, such as:

Intercom Systems
Structured Cabling / Data & Voice Systems
Public Address / Voice Evacuation Systems
Audio Visual Systems
SMATV / IPTV Systems
Gate Barrier and Parking Management Systems
Network and IT Infrastructure
Time Attendance Systems
Master Clock Systems
Other related low-current systems, where applicable
