We are looking for experienced Procurement Expeditors to support a large-scale EPC project involving multiple facility upgrade packages for an Abu Dhabi onshore operator. The role focuses on vendor follow-up, manufacturing progress, procurement tracking, delivery coordination, and risk mitigation for critical project equipment and Long Lead Items (LLIs).

The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of proven expediting experience across EPC, Oil & Gas, or petrochemical projects. Familiarity with ADNOC-approved vendor frameworks and procurement procedures is required, along with strong vendor coordination, communication, reporting, and multitasking skills.

• Expedite vendor deliverables, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules for critical project equipment and LLIs.
• Track vendor performance against committed delivery schedules.
• Identify potential delays and support mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Logistics, and Engineering teams to resolve procurement and delivery issues.
• Support Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs) for critical project items.
• Maintain the Procurement/Expediting Register.
• Prepare and issue procurement progress reports.
• Follow up with vendors on manufacturing, inspection, documentation, and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain procurement schedules.
• Support immediate project mobilization and delivery requirements.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of relevant expediting experience.
• Proven experience on EPC, Oil & Gas, or petrochemical projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC-approved vendor frameworks and procurement procedures.
• Strong vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced EPC project environment.
• Available on short notice for immediate mobilization.

• CSCP / CPSM - Certified Supply Chain / Procurement Professional.
• CIPS Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply.
• PMP or similar project/procurement management certification.
