Sourcing Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coordination, project management, operations, or vendor management who is interested in developing a career within the luxury industry.

Previous luxury or sourcing experience is not required
. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sourcing requests and follow-ups
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
• Track product availability, pricing, and relevant information
• Maintain organized records of requests and sourcing activity
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely responses
• Build strong working relationships with vendors and partners

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, procurement, account coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable communicating through Whats App, email, and phone
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in luxury fashion and products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Luxury industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right organizational skills, curiosity, and attitude who can learn the role and grow with the team.
