Our client is an established Dubai-based logistics and relocation company with a network of overseas agents. They manage household goods and corporate relocation moves from the UAE to destinations worldwide. Their operations team is the reason moves run on time, on budget, and without surprises.
About the Role
As Operations Executive, you will run household goods and corporate relocation jobs from confirmed booking through packing, transport, customs clearance, and final delivery. You will coordinate crews, vehicles, and vendors, keep every job's documentation airtight, and keep clients informed at every stage, reporting directly to the General Manager. The role suits an operations coordinator who takes pride in a move that runs exactly to plan and wants ownership of the whole job.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule crews, vehicles, and vendors for household goods and corporate relocation jobs, managing vendor performance and logistics coordination end to end
- Supervise packing and delivery operations to company standards
- Coordinate with overseas and local agents on job requirements, timelines, and handovers
- Prepare and control job paperwork, including move documentation, customs clearance documents, and inventories
- Prepare quotations from surveyor briefs and client enquiries
- Track job costs against quotations and flag variances early
- Give clients timely, accurate updates throughout each move
- Maintain the operations tracker and CRM with current, reliable data
- Handle claims from intake through to resolution
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in household goods or corporate relocation operations
- Graduate (bachelor's degree)
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of move documentation, customs procedures, and inventory
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and a CRM system
- Experience in the UAE or wider GCC market
- Fluency in any language besides English
