Urgently Required Purchase Officer Dubai Location Dubai UAE Experience Must have relevant experience please specify years e g minimum 2 3 years Salary AED 2000 to 3000 Joining Immediate preferred We are urgently hiring a Purchase Officer for our operations in Dubai The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in procurement and vendor coordination preferably in the UAE or India
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price quality and service
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and purchase logs
- Must have proven experience in a purchase/procurement role
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and supply chain procedures
- Familiar with purchase software/systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
