We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, bidding, tendering, and procurement activities.
Location:
Abu Dhabi
- Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes using SAP Ariba.
- Create and manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Handle e-sourcing events and reverse auctions.
- Coordinate with vendors for bid submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids and prepare bid comparison statements.
- Manage supplier onboarding, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and tendering procedures.
- Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba. - Industry experience in Military & Defence, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is highly Required.
- Practical experience in bidding, tendering, and sourcing activities.
- Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and vendor management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

5–10 years (required)
