• To carry out all the purchasing activities, according to the indications and guidelines of Purchasing Coordinator / Head of Purchasing Department.

• Manage procurement activities for assigned materials and services.
• Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations in line with required deadlines.
• Prepare bid tabulations, CBEs, and purchase recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and achieve cost savings and required delivery date.
• Timely issue and follow up Purchase Orders until PO acceptance.
• Support to Coordinate with Engineering, Expediting, Inspection, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support vendor development, and supplier performance monitoring.

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

• 3 to 4 years of procurement experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects at UAE and international market
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office , EXCEL , Emailing , ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, management skills.
• Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
