- Dubai South Branch - L14 is seeking an experienced ACES Specialist to support Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations and the Amazon Now business in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on operational excellence, process standardization, performance improvement, and compliance across Amazon Now stores in Abu Dhabi. As part of a newly formed organization developing innovative business models across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the ACES Specialist will help optimize store operations, identify process gaps, conduct operational audits, and implement practical improvements that strengthen service quality and delivery performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to improve processes, support new store launches, coordinate operational pilots, and ensure consistent implementation of established standards.
