Description:Another Level General Trading (ALGT) is an Abu Dhabi-based trading and distribution company that buys and imports products from around the world, including electric vehicles, marine products, robotics, and consumer goods. We are looking for a hands-on Procurement, Sourcing & Shipping Coordinator to handle the full cycle, from finding and buying the product to shipping it and delivering it to the client.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and contact suppliers, request quotations, and compare offers on price, quality, and lead time
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery terms with suppliers
- Issue purchase orders, arrange supplier payments with finance, and follow up until goods are ready to ship
- Request and compare air and sea freight quotes and coordinate with freight forwarders
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents (commercial invoice, packing list, AWB/BL, certificates of origin)
- Coordinate dangerous goods shipments, including lithium batteries (UN3480/UN3481), with forwarders
- Track shipments and keep clients and management updated on status and ETAs
- Coordinate customs clearance and final delivery in the UAE
- Maintain procurement and shipment trackers in Excel
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or freight forwarding in the UAE
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, UAE customs clearance, and shipping documentation
- Experience with dangerous goods (IATA DGR / IMDG) is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Fluent English;
Arabic is a plus - Proactive, organized, and able to manage several orders and shipments at once
