REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS- Large-scale field service operations management across a distributed geography
- Logistics and supply chain coordination
- Workforce deployment planning and utilisation optimisation
- Strong data-driven operational reporting and analytics
- Team leadership through zone-level managers
- ITIL Foundation
