Welding Supervisor
Oversee welding operations, develop procedures, supervise teams, conduct inspections; requires certification and experience in welding and related industries.
- Lead and supervise welding activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide training to junior welders.
- Manage resources and monitor productivity.
- 2-8 years welding experience.
- Valid welding certification (CSWIP, IWE, CSWIP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in oil and gas fabrication projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering or related field preferred.
