Maintenance Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Helper to support the Maintenance In‑Charge with daily maintenance tasks across company locations in Abu Dhabi. The role will assist with basic repair work, tools handling, site preparation, cleaning after maintenance work, and any other support required to complete maintenance activities safely and efficiently.

• Assist the Maintenance In‑Charge with daily repair and maintenance tasks.
• Support basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment needed for maintenance jobs.
• Prepare work areas before maintenance and clean the area after completion.
• Report any damages, safety issues, or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance In‑Charge.
• Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow company safety rules while performing maintenance work.

• Basic experience in maintenance, repair, or helper work is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and support the Maintenance In‑Charge as needed.
• Physically fit and able to carry tools, materials, and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, or general maintenance work is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and time management skills.
• Willing to work across company locations in Abu Dhabi when required.

Salary range of AED 1,500 to AED 1,800 per month, based on experience.

Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law.
