Photocopier Technician

Overview

Your role will be to handle technical service installations and maintenance contracts for our systems and products.

Handle routine maintenance visits, installations, and service calls for equipment repairs and breakdowns.

Minimize downtime for the customer’s equipment.

Gain clients’ trust by providing quality service and offering short response times.

• Provide quality service to new and existing accounts by planning daily travel schedules.
• Investigate complaints and resolve breakdowns.
• Replace necessary parts and complete product installations.
• Perform regular service and preventive maintenance.
• Minimize equipment downtime by providing a quick response time.
• Effectively handle calls for repairs and breakdowns without repeat calls.
• Stay up to date with technical knowledge and attend all technical training courses.

You will be reporting to the Team Leader and the Service Manager.

• At least 2 years of experience in servicing photocopiers, printers, plotters, or MFPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics from a reputed university and a solid IT background.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of how to configure our products on the client’s network for printing and scanning.
• Enjoy working both independently and within a team environment.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid UAE driver’s license and own car.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
