• Supervise piping fabrication, installation, erection, modification, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate daily activities of pipe fitters, welders, fabricators, riggers, and helpers.
• Review isometric drawings, P&IDs, spool drawings, and construction specifications before execution.
• Monitor pipe routing, alignment, support installation, and tie‑in activities.
• Ensure piping works are performed according to approved drawings, procedures, and project requirements.
• Coordinate hydro‑testing, pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning, reinstatement, and commissioning activities.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, and client specifications.
• Monitor welding activities and ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved WPS/PQR requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations, permit‑to‑work requirements, and safe lifting practices.
• Track daily progress, manpower productivity, and material consumption.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate work progress to management.
• Support project completion, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piping construction, fabrication, and installation. At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Industrial, EPC, or Construction projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, GRE, HDPE, and other industrial piping systems.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic project environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety. Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented approach. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Willingness to work on‑site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi. Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require.
