• Remove floating insects and blowing sand from the water surface every morning before the residents arrive for their daily swim.
• Empty the plastic skimmer baskets and wash the heavy sand filters to prevent the main water pump from breaking down.
• Test the exact chemical balance using digital water meters and add fresh acid or chlorine safely without causing skin burns.
• Report cracked underwater lights or broken swimming ladders immediately to the senior community manager to prevent accidents.

• Chemical Safety:
  Handling dangerous cleaning acids requires strict focus and wearing thick rubber gloves and safety goggles at all times.
• Heat Tolerance:
  Spending the entire working day outdoors near reflective water surfaces demands excellent physical stamina and hydration.
• Attention to Detail:
  Noticing very small changes in water color, such as cloudy or green water, before it becomes a major health hazard.

• Basic Income: 1,500 to 2,200 AED fixed monthly salary, depending on previous pool maintenance experience.
