Overview
Emire Facility Management is a UAE-based provider of premium cleaning, maintenance, and integrated facility management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The Cleaner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Cleaner is responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
The role includes handling waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment in line with safety and hygiene standards. The Cleaner will follow assigned schedules, adhere to company procedures, and report any maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors. The position may involve specialized tasks such as deep cleaning, disinfection, glass and façade cleaning, and support for move-in/move-out or post-construction projects, depending on client requirements.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Handle waste disposal, replenish supplies, and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow assigned schedules and adhere to company procedures; report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with specialized tasks such as deep cleaning, disinfection, glass and façade cleaning.
- Provide support for move-in/move-out or post-construction projects as required by client needs.
- Practical cleaning skills, including surface cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and occupational health practices; proper handling of materials and hazard reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions, work according to schedules, and maintain consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong reliability, time management, and teamwork skills; professional and respectful approach to colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or facility management services is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages common in the UAE is beneficial.
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required by operational needs.
