• Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facilities
• Monitor and track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and maintenance logs
• Conduct regular inspections of company assets to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly
• Assist in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures
• Provide support to the Maintenance Coordinator in managing the maintenance budget and controlling costs
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of maintenance staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper maintenance of company assets and facilities
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and make recommendations for improvement

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the facility management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
