House manager

We are currently hiring a House Manager for our client a prominent family in Abu Dhabi. This is an urgent position and we are looking for candidates with prior experience in managing households.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the household including maintenance, housekeeping and staff management.
• Create and maintain schedules for household tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
• Manage household budgets, track expenses and make necessary purchases.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
• Supervise household staff including cleaners, cooks, drivers, etc; ensure they are well‑trained and performing their duties effectively.
• Plan and organize events or gatherings hosted by the family.

• Prior experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high‑end household.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders such as vendors, staff, and family members.
• Experience managing budgets and making purchases for a household.
• Knowledge of proper housekeeping techniques and standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Kenyan nationality preferred.

• Competitive salary of $1500 per month.
