We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Maintenance & Reliability Consultant to support a major Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and possess deep knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes within industrial environments.

This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge business and technical requirements, working closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and project teams to optimize asset management and maintenance performance through SAP PM/EAM solutions.

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP PM/EAM processes and functionalities.
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure, manage, and support SAP PM master data, including:
  • Equipment
  • Functional Locations
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Task Lists
  • Maintenance Plans
• Support preventive, corrective, predictive, and condition-based maintenance processes.
• Manage work order and notification processes within SAP PM.
• Participate in shutdown, turnaround, and outage planning activities.
• Support maintenance planning and scheduling functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall equipment performance.
• Facilitate workshops, user training, testing, and go-live support activities.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user guides.
• Collaborate with reliability and asset management teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
• SAP PM/EAM Certification preferred, or equivalent hands‑on SAP PM/EAM experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM.
• Proven experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, or Energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability business processes.

• Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Exposure to Asset Integrity Management programs.
• Understanding of predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Experience supporting refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, offshore, or LNG operations.
• Professional certifications such as:
  • SAP PM/EAM Certification
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional)
  • CRL (Certified Reliability Leader)
  • PMP Certification
