Field Specialist

This is a Cactus International position and is located in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Must be a UAE National.

JOB SUMMARY: All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Cactus Wellhead Only Account Management
  · Oversee Service Technicians for the Account
• Indirect upselling on Accounts
• Customer Service
• Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
• Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.
• Works together with people from the business unit.
• Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
• There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring technical knowledge.
• A framework of conditions is set.
• Targeted clients
• Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

Education, Training,

Experience:

• Diploma in Technical, Engineering or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 0-1years of experience in oilfield services or technical role

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: N/A

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Skilled at discussing technical problems and solutions with customers
• Skilled and confident to perform Troubleshooting and repair work
• Work Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Drilling and Production processes related to Cactus Wellhead tools.
• Familiar with Offshore installation processes
• Knowledge of Drilling Operations
• Able to follow Procedures e.g. Operating service Procedures (OSP) and Project Related Procedures (PRP).
• PC/Digital Device Literate
• Ability to use work/excel and web-based programs
