- Maintains all cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained
- Vacuum sweep and mopping floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
- Notify manager of necessary repairs or security issues
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Assist guests when necessary
- Keep the linen room stocked
- Properly clean upholstered furniture
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- High school degree
- Previous working experience as a Maid for 2 years
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Housekeeping hard skills like sweeping, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, mopping, window treatment cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, bathroom, and bedroom cleaning, etc.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds / 12 kg.
- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Flexibility.
