- Abu Dhabi We are looking for a talented Welder to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful international business and to make a real contribution to the success of the organization. The salary is 1500 AED per month and we are ready to consider foreign applicants.
The Welder will be responsible for welding metal components together by using various welding techniques such as arc welding, oxy-fuel welding, and MIG welding. The Welder will also need to read and understand blueprints and schematics in order to determine the best way to weld each component together.
Duties & Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Follow safety guidelines during the welding process
- Cut material with saws or torches as necessary
- Operate machinery used in the welding process such as grinders or lathes
- Ensure that all welds meet the required specifications
- Repair existing welds when necessary
- Monitor equipment performance during operation
- Report any issues related to equipment functionality or safety concerns immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent education level required; post-secondary degree in Welding or related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in Welding required; five years of experience preferred
- Must possess a valid certification as a Certified Welder from an accredited institution
- Good understanding of various metals such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs unassisted with no medical restrictions
