Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently hiring for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our cleaning staff. Your main duties will include assigning tasks, training new employees, inspecting work quality, and maintaining inventory and supplies. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing cleaning schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position is open to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency or accommodation. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.

• Oversee daily operations of cleaning staff
• Assign tasks and monitor work quality
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Create and implement cleaning schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly
• Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in housekeeping or janitorial services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Biometric passport

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
