General Technician - Staff Accommodation

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team and support the maintenance operations at our Staff Accommodation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in general maintenance and be able to respond quickly to repair and maintenance requirements while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our Team Members.

• Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance works across the staff accommodation buildings.
• Attend to maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, AC, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance requirements.
• Perform AC cleaning, basic servicing, and preventive maintenance as required.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs, plumbing works, painting and other general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergencies raised by Team Members.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to an acceptable standard.
• Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance materials properly.
• Report major defects, equipment failures and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Support contractors and specialized technicians when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas after completing maintenance tasks.
• Follow all company health, safety, hygiene and accommodation policies and procedures.
• Be flexible to work in a remote location and support the accommodation team based on operational requirements.

• Previous experience as a General Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
• Experience in staff accommodation, hotel, resort or residential property maintenance is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safety‑conscious and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
