Offshore Structural Welder 6G

Job Requirements:

• Must hold valid and verifiable 6G/6GR welding certifications. Candidates will be subjected to a rigorous practical coupon test supervised by internal QA/QC inspectors prior to formal hiring.
• Minimum of 3 years of heavy industrial welding experience, specifically within offshore EPC fabrication yards, shipbuilding, or oil and gas pipeline construction.
• Exceptional physical stamina and ability to work in extremely tight, confined spaces, at significant heights, and under severe UAE weather conditions while wearing heavy flame-retardant PPE.

• Execute high-precision structural and piping welds on offshore platforms, jackets, and subsea structures according to strict engineering blueprints and ADNOC quality codes.
• Prepare metal surfaces properly using grinders and torches, ensuring all weld joints are clean and ready to pass strict Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and X-ray inspections.
• Strictly adhere to all onshore and offshore HSE protocols, actively participate in daily safety toolbox talks, and immediately report any hazardous conditions to the yard supervisor.
