Key Responsibilities
Oversee facility maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance programs Manage HVAC electrical plumbing civil and utility systems Supervise housekeeping security pest control and other outsourced services Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Coordinate facility projects office modifications and space utilization Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives Manage facility budgets service contracts and vendor performance Support emergency preparedness and fire safety requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
5–8 years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and HSE standards.
