We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing Facilities Management team. Candidates with experience in Hard Services, Soft Services, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Operations, Technical Services, or Integrated FM Operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver FM services in line with client requirements and service level agreements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and service providers.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Support client relationship management and service delivery excellence.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Facilities Management experience (position dependent).
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance practices, and HSE requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- UAE experience will be an added advantage.
