Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities management operations and ensure that all building services, maintenance activities, and service delivery are carried out efficiently and in line with company and client requirements.
Job Description Roles, Responsibilities & DutiesKey Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and monitor MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
- Coordinate with the client and report any operational issues or service requirements.
- Maintain daily reports, checklists, work orders, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Support the FM Manager/Facility Manager in achieving operational and service delivery targets.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs and client requirements.
- Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
- Previous experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
- Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- UAE facilities management experience is preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
