Facilities Manager
Oversee day-to-day strong facility operations building maintenance and physical infrastructure strong Manage the upkeep and maintenance of strong mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems strong Plan implement and monitor strong preventive maintenance schedules strong and ensure timely completion of repairs Ensure compliance with applicable strong health safety security and government regulations strong Supervise facilities maintenance and cleaning personnel and ensure effective day-to-day coordination Coordinate and manage strong vendors contractors and external service providers strong Monitor contractor and vendor performance and ensure services are delivered as per agreed requirements Monitor strong facility operational budgets strong expenses and maintenance costs Assist with strong capital improvement renovation refurbishment and facility upgrade projects strong Identify facility-related issues and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations Maintain proper records of maintenance activities inspections contracts and facility documentation Ensure the facility remains strong safe clean functional and efficient strong at all times
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, site, or building management. - Strong understanding of MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, building maintenance, and facility operations.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
- Good knowledge of HSE, health and safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to monitor budgets, track expenses, and support facility improvement projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant facility management software.
- Candidates with experience in engineering, R&D, manufacturing, industrial, or similar facility environments will be preferred.
