Part-Time House Manager

We are seeking a responsible and organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing household staff, overseeing daily tasks and schedules, and maintaining an organized and functional home environment. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.

• Oversee and manage a team of household staff including cleaners, cooks, and drivers
• Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary home maintenance or repairs
• Ensure all household supplies are stocked and replenished as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean home environment at all times
• Plan and organize events or parties hosted at the residence
• Communicate effectively with the homeowner to address any concerns or requests

• Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of household budgeting and expense management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
• Must have valid visa sponsorship for Abu Dhabi

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
