The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and physical infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment within a manufacturing facility. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance and industrial facility operations.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial facilities is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, workplace safety standards, and vendor management.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, project management, and budget-monitoring skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
