- Issue materials and prepare job card and maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate with stores and workshop supervisor foreman
- Produce maintenance costing reports and others requested
- Preparation of repair reports and prepare daily work report
- Verification of equipment and manpower time sheet
- Preparation and maintaining all maintenance records
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- adhere to best practice safety procedures
- Safety - Knowledge of occupational hazards safety precautions and safety regulations related to equipment operation hazardous materials and conditions and other work-related precautions
- Quick learner eager to learn and develop
- Experience in construction maintenance equipment Rental Companies are preferable GCC experience amp valid driving license will be added advantages
- Good communication skills in English spoken amp fair in written
- Experience in maintenance planning (experience in construction or equipment rental company preferred)
- Experience in SAP or any integrated maintenance package is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word)
- Must have good communication skills in English, have excellent work ethics and take accountability for own responsibilities
