House Manager for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced House Manager for an Indian family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship will be provided.
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the household and managing the household staff. This includes coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a House Manager or in a similar role with excellent organizational and leadership skills. You must be fluent in English and have good communication skills to effectively liaise with the family members and other staff.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing the household staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations
- Creating schedules for all household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, etc.
- Managing household budgets and expenses
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining inventory of household supplies and making necessary purchases
- Coordinating with other service providers such as contractors or maintenance personnel
- Communicating effectively with the family members to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensuring security measures are in place to protect the property and its occupants
