Job Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Set goals for staff members and provide guidance on how to achieve them

• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels

• Analyze data from customer feedback surveys to identify areas of improvement

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Manage budgets, expenses, payrolls, invoices, contracts, vendors etc.

• Develop plans for long-term growth of the business

Desired

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in managerial roles

• Fluency in English language both verbal & written

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Salary: 1800 AED per month
