• Developing strategies, plans and policies for the design, implementation and evaluation of business activities
• Overseeing the work of subordinate staff to ensure efficient operations
• Analyzing data for performance tracking and reporting purposes

• Liaising with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure operational effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
