Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with strong leadership skills. We are specifically seeking an Egyptian national with prior experience in a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their full potential and meet performance targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of developing operational strategies that drive business success
- Familiarity with financial management principles and practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month as well as opportunities for career growth within the company. This position does not require English proficiency as it is primarily focused on managing operations within Abu Dhabi. However, fluency in both Arabic and English would be considered an asset.
