A top-tier security services company in Qatar (3,500+ staff) is seeking an experienced General Manager, preferably with a background from G4S, Transguard, or similar companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic planning and business development.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Manage key clients, contracts, and negotiations.
- Handle P&L, budgeting, cost control, and growth initiatives.
