Up to AED 2,500 per club per month
Progression:
Multi-site role in 9–12 months (AED 20,000 basic + AED 6,000 per club bonus)

Are you an experienced fitness leader ready to accelerate your career with one of the fastest-growing gym brands in the region? This General Manager role is based in Abu Dhabi, offering exceptional long-term progression into a multi-site leadership position within 9–12 months.

We welcome candidates already based in Abu Dhabi, elsewhere in the UAE, or those looking to relocate for a high-growth career opportunity.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of your club’s performance, people, and member experience. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role requiring commercial strength, excellent team management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards every day.

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing club team
• Driving membership growth, retention, and commercial performance
• Overseeing all operational excellence and brand standards
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery
• Creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement

After 9–12 months, successful General Managers will progress to a multi‑site leadership role, with an enhanced package of:

• AED 20,000 basic salary per month
• AED 6,000 per club per month bonus

We are open to applicants:

• Already based in Abu Dhabi
• Based elsewhere in the UAE and able to relocate
• International candidates seeking to relocate to Abu Dhabi

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing a high‑performing fitness club or leisure facility
• Proven commercial delivery and operational excellence
• Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills
• The ability to thrive within a fast‑paced, ambitious, and growing organisation
