About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Facilities Asset Management to oversee the strategic planning, maintenance, and operational performance of Miral Experiences’ facilities. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations across all assets, directly influencing guest and colleague experience. You will lead the development and optimization of Facilities Asset Management processes, systems, and long‑term strategies while ensuring high‑quality service delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the design, planning, upgrades, and maintenance of all facilities and properties.
- Develop long‑range facility plans and budgets aligned with company growth.
- Oversee operation of all building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, ELV, CCTV).
- Manage soft services including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee contractors and manage all contracts related to Facilities Asset Management.
- Establish tools and systems for proactive management and reporting of third‑party service providers.
- Ensure all facilities operations comply with local zoning laws and regulations.
- Plan, monitor, and manage internal Facilities Asset Management projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, procurement, contract administration, and performance reporting.
- Ensure project outcomes meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost expectations.
- Maintain control over project cost, schedules, scope changes, and risks, reporting to the Vice President.
- Lead data‑driven assessments to support strategic decisions impacting operations, cost, and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in departmental strategic decisions and recommend best‑fit solutions and alternatives.
- Design, forecast, and monitor organizational structures for Hard and Soft Services.
- Lead and manage internal and external teams within the Facilities Asset Management department.
- Define, implement, and resource optimal organizational structures for each park/attraction to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management at both tactical and strategic levels.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large‑scale facilities operations.
- Advanced certifications such as CFM, PMP, RICS, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in large theme parks, leisure destinations, hospitality environments, or large multi‑asset portfolios.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder contracts.
- Solid financial acumen with a track record of driving cost efficiency and operational optimization.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CAFM systems, asset lifecycle management tools, or digital transformation in maintenance.
- Knowledge of sustainability programs, energy management, or green building practices.
