As the Shift Supervisor for RM Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our facility. You will lead a team of employees and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and productive work environment while meeting the company’s operational objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the RM Operations team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
