HSE Manager Overview
Penpen is looking for an HSE Manager whose role is to develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, ensure legal compliance, manage incident investigations, and train staff to foster a strong safety culture, protecting employees and the environment while meeting business goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Manage incident investigations.
- Train staff to foster a strong safety culture.
- Engineering Degree in any discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC and other HSE related certificates and accreditation.
- Minimum 20 years of experience.
- At least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Must have worked in large Oil and Gas EPC projects as an HSE Manager.
- Previous approval as an HSE Manager from ADNOC.
- PMC experience.
